About Us

The Anchored Space was set up in 2021 in a humble and cozy space. Although we are fairly new as a private practice, we have over a decade of experience in this field.

We are intentional about our compact size to maintain the integrity of a private and personalised approach in offering our services to you. We are here to make mental health inclusive, accessible, and integrated with our modern experiences.

What's in Our Name?

The Anchored Space is about being held — and learning how to hold yourself.

The Space With You

The Anchored Space is first a space with you.

In therapy, your therapist offers a steady, grounding presence during times of emotional distress. This is a space where you don’t have to hold yourself together alone.

This is where you can explore difficult feelings, reconnect with who you are, and consider how you want to move forward in your life.

The Space Within You

Over time, therapy is also about helping you discover that this anchored space exists within you.

Through gentle, mindful attention — often beginning with the breath — you learn how to access a sense of steadiness and calm that you can return to, anytime and anywhere.

Our hope is that therapy does not just support you in the room, but equips you with an inner anchor you can carry into your everyday life.

Our Team

We understand the importance of finding the right therapist for you. That’s why we invite you to a complimentary pre-trial session. This is an opportunity for you to explore and see if our services align with your needs. There’s absolutely no pressure to commit to further sessions if you don’t feel it’s the a match. We look forward to creating a supportive and nurturing space for your well-being journey.

It is because of Psychology that I get to build a fulfilling relationship with myself, with the people I love, and experience a meaningful career. I am excited to help you uncover your psychological profile the way I have been uncovering for myself.
