About Us
The Anchored Space was set up in 2021 in a humble and cozy space. Although we are fairly new as a private practice, our team boasts over a decade of collective experience in this field.
We are intentional about our compact size to maintain the integrity of a personalised approach in offering our services to you. We are here to make mental health inclusive, accessible, and integrated with our modern experiences.
What's in Our Name?
The Space With You
This is the space where your therapist holds you firm and grounded during emotional distress and turbulence. It is the sense of safety we aim to provide so that you feel secure enough to explore your feelings, re-discover who you really are, and re-define how you want to set sail in life.
The Space Within You
With therapy, we hope you begin to realise that there is this space within you. This is a space where you can enter any time and anywhere. This can be done by paying gentle and mindful attention on your breath where it leads you to an inner sense of peace.
Our Team
We understand the importance of finding the right therapist for you. That’s why we invite you to a complimentary pre-trial session. This is an opportunity for you to explore and see if our services align with your needs. There’s absolutely no pressure to commit to further sessions if you don’t feel it’s the a match. We look forward to creating a supportive and nurturing space for your well-being journey.
